What You’ll Do as a Wireless Account Trainee
- Interact face-to-face with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored service options
- Guide customers through account setup, plan upgrades, and service adjustments with clarity and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, account updates, and sales activity
- Hit daily and weekly Wireless Account Trainee sales goals by delivering value-driven conversations and creating meaningful customer experiences
- Promote additional services and solutions that support customer satisfaction and long-term account growth
- Represent IPC Management Group and our partners with confidence, integrity, and product knowledge
- Collaborate with your Wireless Account Trainee team to maximize outreach, increase close rates, and support overall business development efforts
