About the Opportunity
We are building a next-generation international energy platform from the ground up — integrating global trading, multi-asset LNG & refined products infrastructure, and cross-regional energy corridors connecting Israel, the Middle East, and Europe.
Supported by leading strategic partners, we are developing multi-billion-dollar energy and logistics assets that will redefine regional energy connectivity for the next decades.
As the Chief Development Officer (CDO), you will become the strategic architect of the company’s long-term growth — leading project development, origination, partnerships, and multi-regional expansion. You will shape LNG terminals, storage, logistics gateways, and energy-infrastructure platforms from inception.
This is a founding-level role with the opportunity to build one of the most ambitious energy platforms in the region.

• Build the company’s long-term development pipeline, including terminals, storage, logistics networks, and cross-border corridors.
• Originate and structure partnerships with governments, global energy majors, infrastructure funds, and strategic investors.
• Manage commercial structuring, regulatory pathways, permitting, and long-term development strategy.
• Align development milestones with the company’s trading, operations, and capital strategy.
• Represent the company to regulators, sovereign bodies, and institutional investors.
• Build and lead a high-performance development organization capable of scaling globally.
⸻
Candidate Profile
• Senior leadership experience in project development, corporate development, or infrastructure strategy within global energy majors or multi-asset infrastructure groups.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-billion-dollar development programs.
