Salary: $115,000-$125,000 Bonus Eligible

The Role
Reporting to the company President, we’re seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and operational efficiency. This is a high-impact role where you’ll build and sustain IPA’s CI culture, driving measurable business performance through Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and lead IPA’s enterprise-wide CI strategy aligned with business objectives and operational excellence goals.
- Partner with senior leadership to embed a culture of continuous improvement across all functions.
- Lead structured problem-solving and Kaizen events focused on waste reduction, throughput, and safety.
- Leverage data-driven analysis to identify root causes and deliver sustainable performance gains.
- Coach and mentor teams to strengthen problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Measure and communicate CI outcomes through data visualization and success stories that connect improvement work to business results.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business (advanced degree preferred).
- 5 years of experience leading Continuous Improvement in manufacturing or operations.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent CI credential preferred.
- Deep expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to influence, motivate, and engage cross-functional teams.
