Job Summary
This role is responsible for supporting day‑to‑day warehouse operations with a focus on accurate packing and handling of confectionery products. The Warehouse Associate ensures customer orders are prepared correctly, inventory is organized, and all work is completed in a clean, safe, and efficient manner.
Duties
- Pack and prepare confectionery products and related items for customer orders with high accuracy.
- Label, seal, and stage cartons and pallets for shipment in accordance with company standards.
- Assist with routine warehouse tasks, including stocking, organizing, and rotating inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, aisles, and storage areas.
- Follow established procedures for quality control, product handling, and basic food‑safety requirements.
- Participate in inventory counts and help reconcile stock discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
Qualification
- Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or packaging environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with consistent attention to detail.
- Capable of lifting and moving boxes within standard warehouse weight ranges.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work assigned full-time schedule.
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to company policies and safety standards.
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
