Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist, located in Burlington, NC. The Customer Service Specialist will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service. Responsibilities include managing phone communications, assisting customers with orders, providing product guidance, supporting outside sales representatives and maintaining a positive customer experience.
