Description
The women's wrestling team student worker will assist the coaching staff and wrestling program with daily administrative, organizational, and team-related responsibilities. This position provides opportunity to gain experience in collegiate athletics. Along with helping maintain the organization and cleanliness of equipment and gear.
Job Duties
- Assist Coaches with daily team operations
- Help organize and maintain wrestling equipment, supplies, and gear
- Assist in laundry and gear inventory daily
- Clean mats daily to prep the mats for practice each day
- Help with team events, competitions, and volunteer with youth events we collaborate with
- Assist in distributing and collecting all gear
Qualifications
- Must be a women's wrestler and eligible for work study
- Reliable, responsible, and on time
- Ability to work independently and as a team
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs of equipment
