- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred
- Previous administrative or office experience required; HR experience a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
