Summary: The purpose of this position is to support the financial aid team with all aspects of providing guidance to students.

Summary: The purpose of this position is to support the financial aid team with all aspects of providing guidance to students.
Essential Job Duties:
- Assists students and parents by answering their financial aid questions by phone and walk-ins.
- Performs routine tasks such as scanning and projects of a clerical, and/or administrative nature.
- Provides backup for the financial aid office by taking students payments, printing statements, answering phone calls, etc.
Abilities:
- Ability to handle highly confidential matters and materials with discretion.
- Must have working knowledge of computer software programs such as Word and Excel.
- Ability to learn new software (Jenzabar EX – Student Information System).
- Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Maintain college GPA that meets or exceeds the IVCCD Standards of Academic Progress.
Education and Experience: HS Diploma or equivalent
