Full-Time

Job Description:

• Flexible daytime hours Monday- Friday with potential for working remotely once training is complete.

• Responsible for completing and submitting provider enrollment applications to Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, and managed care organizations accurately and in a timely matter

• Process provider revalidations, re-enrollments, demographic updates, practice-location changes and terminations with contracted payers

• Monitor payer enrollment applications and follow-up on pending, incomplete, or rejected applications

• Maintain accurate provider demographic, licensure, practice location, and payer participation information

• Communicate with Insurance companies, government agencies, providers, credentialing department, billing team, and other internal departments

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of payer enrollment processes preferred

• Excellent communication, organizational, attention to detail, computer and telephone skills desirable
