Part-time, flexible, and always on the move! Iowa Select Farms is hiring an Employee Transport Driver in Iowa Falls, IA.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for safely transporting employees to and from job sites, housing units, the airport, appointments and local stores. Daily tasks may vary, but responsibilities will include maintaining reliable transportation routes, assisting with housing set up for incoming employee groups, picking up and delivering supplies, and keeping company vehicles clean and well-maintained. You’ll also play a key role in helping new employees get settled by providing transportation to essential locations such as the Social Security office or driver’s license station.
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded and enjoys helping others. This role requires strong communication, the ability to stay organized, and comfort working in a dynamic environment with changing needs throughout the week. No prior experience is required - just a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record and a positive, team-focused attitude.
