Iowa Select Farms is seeking an Employee Relations & Development Manager to join our team in West Des Moines, Iowa! If you're passionate about developing leaders, strengthening workplace culture, and helping employees succeed, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you'll work alongside leaders throughout Iowa, providing coaching, guidance, and training that helps them confidently lead their teams. You'll play a key role in leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, and creating practical solutions that empower leaders to navigate workplace challenges while building respectful, high-performing teams.
We’re looking for an experienced HR professional with 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including strong employee relations experience, leadership coaching, and knowledge of performance management, workplace investigations, and employment practices. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and facilitating leadership training, excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with leaders at all levels of an organization.
This is a full-time, on-site position requiring approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend availability as needed. This role will also require travel throughout Iowa to provide leadership coaching, training, and support at various locations.
