$85,000–$100,000 first-year expected earnings
Base salary plus commission on every sale you close

THE OPPORTUNITY

Demand for radon mitigation is growing fast across our markets, and we need someone who wants to own their territory and dominate it. This role is yours to build. The leads come in, the appointments get set, and you run them. What you earn is directly tied to how well you run the process and close business.

You will run in-home appointments with homeowners who have already raised their hand. Your job is to understand their situation, present the right solution, propose it in writing, and ask for the sale. Every time. You will also follow up on recent proposals that didn't close and turn them into revenue.

We use Radon Shield Pro, our proprietary sales and project software, plus a proven in-home sales process that works. No radon experience required — we train you completely. What we can't train is drive, competitiveness, and the ability to connect with someone in their living room and earn their trust.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Run pre-set in-home appointments for radon mitigation, measurement, duct cleaning, and indoor air quality services
- Present tailored solutions using our proven sales process and software
- Provide a written proposal to every prospect and ask for the business
- Follow up on unsold proposals and close pending revenue
- Collect deposit or arrange financing before scheduling installation
- Design systems accurately so production installs go smoothly
- Generate referrals and build your own network over time
- Complete all paperwork and system updates by Friday midnight each week
- Run every lead the company provides — no cherry picking
