Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Donor Relations and Donor Management, including cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gifts.
- Knowledge of Annual Giving practices and broader Philanthropy principles, with the ability to support a comprehensive fundraising strategy.
- Strong Project Management skills to plan, execute, and evaluate donor campaigns, events, and initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare compelling donor materials and deliver persuasive presentations.
- Ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with donors, community partners, and colleagues.
- Proficiency with CRM or donor database systems and basic office software.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as communications, nonprofit management, marketing, or related discipline) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in public media, nonprofit fundraising, or community engagement is preferred.
