We are a vibrant, professional and a fun team of professionals looking for someone who enjoys the challenges of navigating through today’s medical insurance billing world! Our Patient Financial Services Team responsibilities include validating insurances for patients on the schedules, calculating and communicating insurance co-payments, insurance billing and claims payments processing and following up on outstanding insurance claims including submitting appeals. PFS team members take charge of specific areas Billing, Payment and Follow up cycles with a cross training program that you are well trained to assist any caller with a PFS inquiry. Ability to communicate professionals with other members of the healthcare team, .

Required Skills
Computer and interpersonal skills required
Graduate of a Billing and Coding program, preferred
Demonstrated customer service and/or Leadership Skills, preferred
Prior direct patient, insurance Billing & Collections experience in a physician office, preferred.
