As a Health Insurance Agent, you will collaborate with a dynamic team of agents that share your desire and willingness to succeed.
Responsibilities include:
-Must be comfortable in a client facing role and contacting prospective clients.
-Ability to make outbound calls to prospects.
-Have a positive attitude & motivated.
-Must have active Iowa Health Insurance License or ability pass exam within 30 days of hire
-Utilize a consultative approach to customer interactions, ensuring they are educated in the decisions they are making.
-Must have a reliable computer, headset and internet connection.
Pay & Benefits
-$17.50 hourly Commissions.
-First year expected compensation is $46,000 to $63,000.
-Paid incentive trips each year (Aruba & Punta Cana last year, Cancun this year).
