Job Title: Registered Nurse

We currently have the following position available:
- Fulltime Day Shift and Fulltime Overnight RN shift availability. Hours are 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am, every other weekend availability is required and holiday rotation.
What you’ll do
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Utilize advanced technology and EMR systems for efficient documentation and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices.
Basic qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Proficiency in IV insertion, medication administration, and basic life support.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Point Click Care EMR systems.
- Familiarity with ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding practices.
- Background in long term care, or acute care settings.
- Knowledge of hospice & palliative medicine, geriatrics, or behavioral health.
