Our Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a Registered Nurse who brings both strong clinical expertise and a warm, client-focused approach. This is a part-time, on-site role based in West Des Moines, with full-time benefits included.
You’ll play a key role in delivering IV therapies, supporting client wellness goals, and creating a seamless, high-quality experience from start to finish.
Schedule & Structure
This position follows a 2-week rotating schedule:
Week 1
• In clinic: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
• On-call: Thursday
Week 2
• In clinic: Monday, Tuesday,
• On-call: Thursday
Key Responsibilities
• Administer IV hydration therapies safely and efficiently
• Perform client assessments and monitor throughout treatments
• Deliver a personalized, high-quality client experience
• Educate clients on IV therapy benefits and services
• Maintain accurate, compliant client records
• Prepare and manage IV supplies and treatment areas
• Follow all clinical protocols and safety standards
• Support daily clinic operations as needed
Qualifications
• Active RN license in Iowa
• Strong IV insertion skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on client safety
• Comfortable in a client-facing environment
• Basic computer skills for charting and documentation
• Current BLS/CPR certification
