We're looking for a compassionate, dependable caregiver who wants to build a genuine connection with a patient and become a trusted part of their care team. This is a part-time opportunity in the Adel area with a consistent schedule of 9:00-11:00 AM morning visits, 7 days a week, along with additional evening visits. We're looking for someone who is patient, kind, dependable, and genuinely enjoys getting to know the person they care for. The goal is to find the right caregiver match who will treat this patient with the same compassion, dignity, and respect they would give a member of their own family. Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- CNA certification in good standing on the Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in home care, nursing home, or hospital settings preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance required.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care, with a commitment to client safety and well-being.
Salary : $18 - $20
