What You’ll Do

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and mobility support

• Take and record vital signs as directed

• Assist with toileting, catheter care, and G-tube care

• Help with light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, and vacuuming

• Follow infection control and safety protocols using appropriate PPE

• Communicate any changes in condition to the RN and care team

• Offer emotional support and a compassionate presence during every visit

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA certification in good standing on the Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in home care, nursing home, or hospital settings preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurance required.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care, with a commitment to client safety and well-being.

Salary : $16 - $20
