Angels in the Home is seeking an experienced and passionate indivdual to serve as our Director of Private Duty Care. This is a leadership role for someone with a proven track record in healthcare management, a collaborative spirit, and an entrepreneurial mindset — committed to helping us fulfill our mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care to Iowans in their homes.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and support a team of caregivers and clinicians delivering private duty services across Iowa.
- Build strong relationships with staff, clients, and families, ensuring high-quality care and support for all involved.
- Oversee care coordination, including communication with insurance agencies and ensuring all supporting documentation is accurate and timely for service authorization.
- Collaborate with agency leadership to develop and implement strategies for growth, efficiency, and excellence in private duty care.
- Inspire and mentor your team, fostering a culture of accountability, compassion, and innovation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous healthcare leadership experience in healthcare or private duty/home care
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for improving home care services and client/family expereinces
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team
