Iowa Fence Inc. is hiring a working Fence Foreman to lead installs across vinyl, chain link, and wood.

You do not need a foreman title on your resume.

You do need the mindset of someone who treats the work like their name is on it.

If you are a fence installer, carpenter, or skilled tradesman who notices what is off, fixes it without being asked, and gets irritated watching standards slide, keep reading.

This role is built for people who already carry responsibility and want to operate where that actually matters.This is for someone who wants to level up the installs, the jobsite, themselves, and the people around them intentionally every day.

WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

• Trade experience in fencing, carpentry, or similar * You may not have run work before, but you already take ownership

• You care about details others ignore and finishes others rush * You want to make the people around you better, not just yourself

• You want to grow into leadership without lowering your standards

• Prepared, early, and thinking ahead

• Leading vinyl, chain link, and wood installs start to finish

• Producing work that is clean, deliberate, and repeatable

• Making decisions in the field instead of waiting for permission

• Teaching the right way and holding the line

• Turning solid installers into better ones through example

• Creating job sites where people know what is expected and rise to it
