Fence & Deck Crewman – Full-Time
Iowa Fence & Deck Co. is a growing company specializing in residential, commercial, and agricultural fencing, along with deck construction. We take pride in quality work, strong crews, and building projects that last.
We are currently looking for a full-time Fence & Deck Crewman to join our team.
Position Overview:
This is a hands-on, outdoor position working alongside our crew installing fences and building decks. You’ll be part of a team that values hard work, reliability, and getting the job done right.
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday – Friday
- Very few Saturdays
- Hourly pay (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Assist with installation of residential, commercial, and agricultural fencing
- Help build and install decks
- Operate tools and equipment safely
- Work efficiently as part of a crew to complete projects on time
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Construction experience required (fencing/deck experience preferred)
- Strong work ethic and reliability — must show up ready to work
- Ability to work outdoors and show up on time
Location:
Based in Brighton, Iowa — serving Southeast Iowa and surrounding areas
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
