Title Guest Services Lead | Part-Time | Pan American Center

The Guest Services Lead will perform various duties in connection with scheduled events. Duties will vary between facility and events. This is a part-time/temporary position that is usually scheduled to work after normal business hours.

This role pays an hourly rate of $15.25-$17.75

Pan American Center is a multi-purpose arena in Las Cruces, New Mexico, located on the campus of New Mexico State University. The arena has a current seating capacity of 12,515 people. the arena serves as home of the New Mexico State Aggies Men's and Women's Basketball and Women's Volleyball Teams.

• Serves as the first line for patron complaints and Guest Services Attendant concerns/issues.
• Serve as ticket taker and/or usher distributing programs and escorting patrons to their appropriate seats.
• Assist with reading tickets and directing attendees to their proper seats.
• Assist with giving Guest Services Staff breaks.
• Provide special accommodation for wheelchairs and other physically challenged patrons, senior citizens, students, and groups.
• Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• 1 years related experience in Guest Services; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lead other guest services team members.
• Must have strong customer service skills.
