Are you looking for a fresh start with a team you actually look forward to seeing every day? Is giving back to the Dubuque community through exceptional, personalized care what drives you?

If you're nodding along, keep reading.

Our team at Iowa Dental of Dubuque (formerly Schultz Family Dentistry) has an opening for a Dental Hygienist and it might just be the match you’ve been searching for.

Here’s what you can look forward to with us:

• Patients who feel like family: Patient care is genuinely at the heart of everything we do. When people walk through our doors, everybody knows their name and makes them feel welcome.
• A team that actually has your back: We are a tight-knit, fun group of dental professionals who communicate openly, support one another, and know how to get the job done while keeping the day light with laughs.
• Real work-life balance (hello, 4-day work week!): We believe you should be fully present when you're at work, and completely free to enjoy your life when you're not. With our Monday through Thursday schedule, three-day weekends are your new normal.
• Benefits that take care of you: From comprehensive medical insurance to a 401(k) with a 4% company match, we offer a solid package to support you and your future.
• Bonus rewards every two weeks: No waiting around for months or year-end reviews to see the rewards of your hard work. You have the opportunity to earn production bonuses every single pay period based on your output and hours.

We’ve proudly served the Dubuque community for over 20 years with great care, deep roots, and a team culture we're truly proud of. If you’re ready to find a workplace you love coming to, this is the place.

Apply today! We can't wait to meet you.
