Ankeny Aesthetic Dentistry is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our established practice with a strong community reputation. Work alongside Dr. Chad Wagener and connect with IDA’s clinical leadership, including Dr. O’Neill, for ongoing mentorship and collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits

• 32% of adjusted net production, with annual earning potential of $250,000–$400,000 , depending on production and experience.
• Negotiable 12-month compensation guarantee of $150,000–$200,000, based on experience.
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available.
• Health insurance premiums 100% paid for the dentist.
• Dental benefits and vision coverage options.
• 401(k) with a 4% employer match, subject to eligibility requirements.
• Paid continuing education opportunities and clinical development support.
• Access to reduced group rates for malpractice insurance; coverage is the dentist’s responsibility.

The associate is responsible for 50% of lab fees. Compensation and benefits are subject to the final employment agreement and applicable plan terms.

Our practice features 10 equipped operatories and a team that includes an office manager, financial coordinator, three dental assistants, and three full-time hygienists.

Technology includes:

• Dentrix Ascend practice management software.
• Digital radiography and panoramic imaging.
• Sirona scanning and CEREC milling capabilities.
• iTero Lumina scanner and intraoral cameras.
• KaVo high-speed and electric handpieces.

Mentorship and Career Development
