Job Overview
We are seeking a positive and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team at Iowa Custom T-Shirts and Hats in Coralville, IA. We are a custom t-shirt and embroidery shop that is expanding to production for the area. In this role, you will support the production process by assisting with printing, organization and quality control to ensure efficient production times.
Duties
- Assist in preparing files for printing and quality checking as they are produced
- Checking in product and organizing garments in an efficient manner
- Assist with the embroidery and printing process
- General organizational tasks
Qualifications
- Manual handling skills with the ability to lift 20-30 pound boxes
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret and record documentation clearly for effective task execution.
- Experience in a fast paced environment
Experience working in a similar environment is a plus, but not required. Additional monthly compensation is available for meeting goals and production minimums.
Schedule can be flexible when needed, but will generally consist of 3 shifts MWF from 10am-6pm. Additional hours available when necessary, with potential for the role to become a fulltime position.

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
