Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Collision Center Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying paint and finishes to vehicles following established standards and procedures. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of painting techniques, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas as needed.
- Mix and match paint colors accurately to ensure a seamless finish.
- Apply paint using spray guns or other equipment, ensuring even coverage and quality.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Inspect finished work for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to complete repairs efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an auto body painter or similar role.
- Knowledge of automotive painting techniques and materials.
- Ability to operate spray guns, sanders, and other related tools.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- 3 years or more experience required
