Marketing Program Manager

Description

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Program Manager to coordinate and execute marketing programs across our companies and brands. This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage multiple projects, budgets, vendors, deadlines, and details while independently driving projects through completion.

This is not a social media-focused position. Our social media function is already established. This role will focus primarily on marketing programs, advertising planning and budgets, contests and promotions, events, branded materials, and loyalty program/app support.

Responsibilities

• Manage 10 marketing projects and programs simultaneously, from planning through completion.
• Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, including tracking expenditures and results.
• Plan and coordinate advertising across print, digital, radio, sponsorships, and other media.
• Manage contests, sweepstakes, promotions, rewards programs, and related customer communications.
• Provide ongoing support for company websites, apps, and rewards programs.
• Coordinate marketing materials, branded merchandise, uniforms, giveaways, photography, and videography.
• Plan and coordinate company events, trade shows, sponsorships, and special programs.
• Manage vendors, timelines, deliverables, and project details to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Review marketing and website analytics and adjust based on results.
• Support public relations, press releases, corporate communications, branding, and trademark initiatives.
• Supervise the Digital & Graphics Manager and Social Media Intern.
• Work closely with leadership and other departments to support company initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5 years of marketing, marketing program management, project management, or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex programs or multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with budgets, advertising, vendors, events, promotions, or customer programs.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Experience with contests/sweepstakes, rewards programs, apps, or multi-location/multi-brand marketing is a plus.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just keep a to-do list - they own the program, manage the details, solve problems, and get it across the finish line. This is an experienced-level position and is not intended for recent college graduates or entry-level candidates.

Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
