The Warehouse Representative is a hands-on position and is responsible for fleet vehicles, loading tools and materials, organization, and simple fleet maintenance.
II. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Formal trade education is preferred but not required.
- Commercial Driver License (CDL) is preferred.
- OSHA10 or greater is a plus.
- Maintain inventory of tools and materials being delivered to sites.
- Check-in and check-out of tools, equipment, and fleet vehicles every day.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
- Accept and distribute incoming deliveries.
- Deliver material to our various construction sites.
- Be available, on occasion, to open the warehouse during off-hours to support operational needs.
IV. QUALIFICATIONS OF THE POSITION
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be authorized to work within the United States.
- Must have experience with navigating commercial vehicles throughout the boroughs of New York.
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to talk on the phone and use email.
- Must be willing to work overtime as directed.
- Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred.
- Be willing to maintain a neat uniform that represents our company well.
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs.
