We’re hiring a Supply Chain Manager!
Purpose of position
The Supply Chain Manager will play a critical role in shaping and optimizing our end-to-end supply chain across internal manufacturing operations and external partners, helping ensure excellent service, strong execution, and scalable growth.
This is a high-impact leadership role with broad cross-functional exposure, responsible for aligning demand forecasts, production planning, purchasing, inventory management, logistics, and customer requirements across multiple locations.
The position serves as a key connector between Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Finance, with the opportunity to influence decision-making, strengthen processes, and support strategic growth initiativ
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand forecasts, production capacity, inventory strategies, and customer requirements.
- Establish and maintain effective forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, and replenishment processes.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring they receive accurate projections, purchase orders are placed regularly, expected shipments and delivery dates are monitored, forecasts are continuously updated, and potential supply issues are anticipated and mitigated to minimize disruptions.
- Monitor inventory levels, supplier performance, material availability, and supply chain risks while developing mitigation plans
- Partner with Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Operations leadership to support business objectives and customer requirements.
- Oversee inventories across products and locations, partnering closely with Sales teams to capture updated forecasts, anticipate major customer or product introductions, define priorities by SKU, and help minimize back orders while maintaining strong service levels
- Collaborate closely with planning and purchasing teams to align supply priorities, order execution, material availability, and customer service needs across the portfolio.
- Coordinate the ordering and replenishment of key product lines to ensure continuity of supply and timely availability
- Support new product launches, capacity expansion initiatives, manufacturing transfers, and industrialization projects, ensuring the right supply chain capabilities are in place for successful execution.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimization, planning accuracy, service levels, and operational efficiency
- ERP, MRP, forecasting, and supply chain system improvements while ensuring practical implementation and adoption.
- Standardize supply chain processes and best practices across internal facilities and external manufacturing,
- Develop and maintain supply chain KPIs and reporting tools focused on service levels, inventory performance, forecast accuracy, supplier performance, and production support.
- Communicate supply chain performance, opportunities, risks, and recommendations to senior
Education:
Supply Chain Management, Engineer, Business Administration.
Experience:
- Experience:10 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, Procurement, or Manufacturing leadership roles.
- Experience leading cross-functional supply chain organizations including planning, purchasing, inventory management, logistics, and custome fulfillment.
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations across multiple facilities, business units, or external manufacturing partners preferred.
- Experience implementing or improving ERP, MRP, S&OP, forecasting, or inventory management processes.
