About the Role

iostudio is seeking a highly accomplished, relationship-driven executive to lead our business development efforts, expand our commercial client portfolio, and provide top-tier creative strategic leadership. This full-time, onsite role is ideal for a seasoned professional who brings decades of industry experience, exceptional storytelling capabilities, and a passion for building long-lasting client partnerships.

As a senior member of our leadership team, you will help shape iostudio’s growth trajectory, elevate our creative impact, and collaborate with internal teams to produce work that inspires and performs.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the company's commercial business development strategy and drive year-over-year revenue growth.
  • Identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities across a wide range of commercial industries.
  • Guide creative and strategic direction during pitches, proposals, and early client engagements.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leadership, shaping long-term agency positioning and offerings.
  • Represent iostudio at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities as a senior brand ambassador.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with prospective clients, agency partners, and collaborators.
  • Mentor creative teams and support their development, ensuring new business concepts and onboarding deliver exceptional results.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities that align with iostudio’s strengths.

  • A senior advertising, marketing, or creative executive with a strong track record of originating, winning, and growing commercial business.
  • An exceptional storyteller with the ability to inspire clients, teams, and partners.
  • A relationship builder who is comfortable in the room with senior decision-makers and knows how to create trust and momentum.
  • A creative thinker with a strong understanding of brand development, campaign strategy, and modern integrated marketing.
  • A collaborative leader who thrives in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Able and willing to work onsite in Nashville, Tennessee.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 25 years of experience in business development, agency leadership, creative strategy, or integrated marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated success securing and expanding commercial client relationships.
  • Deep industry network across agency, brand, or creative communities.
  • Proven experience developing or guiding high-caliber creative work.
  • Strong executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
