Now we’re expanding — and looking for an implementation-driven Project Manager who can lead complex SaaS deployments with grace, clarity, and absolute control.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of delivering seamless, high-value SaaS implementations to some of the most sophisticated clients in private markets. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll orchestrate every stage of the project — from scoping and planning to execution, go-live, and post-deployment optimisation.


You'll be the strategic partner clients rely on to ensure their onboarding experience is smooth, efficient, and tailored to their fund workflows, data structures, and operational needs.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Solutions, Engineering, and Client Success teams — acting as the anchor that keeps complex implementations on track and in motion.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle SaaS implementation projects for private equity, venture capital, private debt, real assets, fund administrators, and other private markets clients.
  • Scope, plan, and manage project timelines, workflows, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
  • Partner closely with GPs and LPs to understand fund structures, reporting requirements, data flows, and operational challenges.
  • Own all communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Anticipate risks, solve issues early, and maintain a reputation for “zero-surprises” delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement, contributing to implementation frameworks, playbooks, and scalable operational processes as the business grows.
  • Champion a smooth handover to Customer Success after go-live, ensuring long-term satisfaction and account expansion opportunities.

  • Proven experience managing SaaS implementation projects within private equity, private markets, or financial technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of fund structures, capital flows, reporting frameworks, and GP/LP operational needs.
  • Exceptional project planning and coordination skills — with a talent for simplifying complexity and managing multiple high-stakes clients concurrently.
  • Comfortable in a fast-growth, evolving organisation where processes are improving constantly and new challenges appear daily.
  • A proactive, relationship-driven communicator who brings calm, structure, and confidence to every client interaction.
