About the Role

Ionixx Technologies is a fast-growing FinTech solutions firm with deep expertise in trading and investment management technology. We’re expanding our presence in the Investment Management Systems (IMS) space and are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to help us build meaningful relationships across this ecosystem.

This is a relationship-focused, market-facing role — perfect for someone who thrives on connecting with people, understanding how the IMS ecosystem works, and developing long-term partnerships that can translate into future business opportunities.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and nurture a strong professional network across the Investment Management Systems (IMS) ecosystem — including technology vendors, consulting partners, and domain professionals.
  • Identify new partnership and collaboration opportunities through active relationship-building and ecosystem mapping.
  • Stay attuned to market developments — new initiatives, platform adoptions, and emerging opportunities.
  • Develop trust-based relationships with professionals who influence technology decisions in the investment management space.
  • Collaborate with Ionixx leadership to convert relationships into tangible business outcomes.
  • Represent Ionixx at FinTech and buy-side industry events, becoming a recognizable and respected presence in the IMS community.


What We’re Looking For

  • Location: Based in or near New York City or Boston.
  • Experience: 3–7 years in business development, sales, or relationship management within FinTech, capital markets, or investment management technology.
  • Strengths:

- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.

- A genuine interest in people, technology, and financial ecosystems.

- Self-driven, curious, and persistent in cultivating professional relationships.

-Ability to articulate value clearly and build credibility quickly.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with Investment Management Systems (IMS) platforms or buy-side technology environments.
