Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and professionalism.
- Manage client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, installations, and staff appointments.
- Prepare, format, and manage documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Maintain and update client databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication—including emails, mail, and phone calls—in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support the finance department with invoicing and billing tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow and assist with various administrative needs.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), including formatting and data management skills.
- Proven customer service experience with strong communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the stone industry is a strong plus.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Greek and/or Spanish is an advantage.
