Key Responsibilities
- Completing snagging works on new build properties
- Carrying out finishing joinery to a high standard
- Repairing and adjusting fixtures, fittings, doors, and internal works
- Ensuring plots are completed and ready for handover
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- Previous experience in snagging and finishing works
- Strong joinery background
- Own tools and PPE
- Reliable with good attention to detail
- £22 per hour CIS
- Ongoing work available
