Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Conroe, TX. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing sales. They will also provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, track progress through CRM software, and work closely with the installation and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with lead generation and CRM software
- Customer service and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in the solar industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
