Key Responsibilities:

Problem Resolution:
● Investigate and troubleshoot customer concerns, providing effective
solutions and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve complex
issues, escalating as necessary.
● Work with sales representatives to coordinate scheduling and confirm all
necessary documentation required to complete a sale.
Product Knowledge:
● Develop a comprehensive understanding of Ion Solar Pros' products and
services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.

knowledge and customer support capabilities.
Documentation:
● Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions,

Qualifications:

Pay Range:
The compensation for this position ranges from $21 to $25 per hour, commensurate
