Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Support Representative at Ion Solar Pros, you will be an essential

part of our customer-centric team, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

● Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries,

resolve issues, and provide information about our solar products and

services.

● Cultivate positive relationships with customers by actively listening to their

needs and providing accurate and timely assistance.

Problem Resolution:

● Investigate and troubleshoot customer concerns, providing effective

solutions and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve complex

issues, escalating as necessary.

● Work with sales representatives to coordinate scheduling and confirm all

necessary documentation required to complete a sale.

Product Knowledge:

● Develop a comprehensive understanding of Ion Solar Pros' products and

services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.

● Stay informed about industry trends and updates to enhance product

knowledge and customer support capabilities.

Documentation:

● Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions,

feedback, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.

● Generate reports and analyses to identify common customer concerns

and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

● Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

● Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

● Familiarity with renewable energy and solar technology is a plus.

Pay Range:

The compensation for this position ranges from $21 to $25 per hour, commensurate

with experience and qualifications.
