We’re looking for experienced, self-driven Loan Officers who are ready to take control of their time and income. You’ll advise clients on mortgage options, guide them through the application process, and manage the loan from start to close. We provide the platform—you bring the hustle.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on mortgage loan options and status updates
- Evaluate credit and financial histories
- Manage and maintain client records
- Match clients with the right loan products
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet closing timelines
- Process, package, and submit loan applications
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry
- Active MLO license required
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local lending regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general CRM systems
- Certification (CFMP, CLBB, CTFA) is a plus but not required
- Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and relationship-driven
