**Job Title: AR Collections Analyst **
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented AR Collections Analyst to join our team. The AR Collections Analyst will be responsible for generating customer statements, monitoring and collecting on past due accounts, and reconciling customer accounts, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and providing excellent customer service.
**Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all AR activities.
- Coordinate with clients to resolve any billing issues or discrepancies.
- Prepare and distribute regular AR reports to management.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Implement and maintain internal controls related to the AR process.
- Collaborate with underwriting on open accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries
- Assist other processes and departments as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Preferable of 5 years of experience in an accounting experience
- Experience in managing high volume accounts receivable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Familiarity with Accounting Software, Specifically with NetSuite is a plus.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to take on additional tasks and responsibiities as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
