As a Courier you are responsible for:
Effectively handle the delivery, distribution, and processing of outgoing and interoffice mail while providing additional support to the Facilities Department.
Responsibilities:
- Timely execution of outgoing and interoffice mail distribution which involves collecting and distributing to departments on various floors.
- Timely execution of forms requisitions.
- Ability to use a computer, database for inventory.
- Ensure company service standards are continually achieved in area of responsibility.
- Assist in the opening, closing, and securing of buildings as needed.
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma preferred
- 3 months office experience or some comparable combination of education and experience
- Valid driver's license required
