We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Associate and Driving Instructor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support while effectively communicating in both English and Spanish language. Your primary focus will be on assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our services.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain organized records of customer interactions.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or promote services as needed.
- Utilize computer systems efficiently to manage customer accounts and update information.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling calls to ensure a positive experience for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to address complex issues and provide effective solutions.
Skills
- Proficient in bilingual communication (English and Spanish language).
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
- Data entry experience with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with office software applications and computerized systems.
- Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers on the phone or through chat.
- Experience in sales or outbound calling is a plus but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
