iO Associates are supporting a leading consultancy driving data, AI/ML, and cloud-led innovation across pharma and biotech. We’re now hiring a Client Partner in San Diego to expand strategic accounts and shape data-driven transformation across R&D, Clinical, Manufacturing, and Commercial functions.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading and growing strategic client accounts
- Advising senior executives (CIOs, Heads of R&D, Commercial leaders)
- Partnering with solution architects and delivery teams on cloud, AI/ML, and advanced analytics solutions
- Shaping transformation initiatives in clinical trial optimisation, patient analytics, manufacturing, and regulatory
What we’re looking for
- Consulting or IT services background with a focus on life sciences
- Proven experience in client engagement, account management, or business development
- Technical understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and analytics
- Strong relationship-building skills and commercial acumen
