Job Description
This role offers a range of $84,000 to $100,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.

As a R&D Chemist you will be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting issues with existing technologies, as well as assisting with customer challenges
- Developing new UV Flexo / UV Screen Ink technologies based on customer needs
- Some EB Liquid work and UV/EB Coatings work as well
- Evaluating raw materials and optimizing formulations for cost-savings opportunities
- Providing technical support to manufacturing
- Publishing project reports and other documents direct to sales and customers
- Maintaining laboratory equipment
Qualifications
To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or equivalent
- 5 plus years of job-related experience
- Ink and coating formulation experience
- Have strong math and science skills
- Be a proficient recordkeeper
- Have good and effective written, reading comprehension and verbal skills
- Be able to interpret data and draw effective conclusions
In addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you have:
- Knowledge of UV/EB Liquid Ink and Coatings
- Formulation and application experience preferred
- SAP experience
