Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Planning team with daily ERP system transactions and updates
- Create, update, and maintain production-related records within the ERP system
- Assist with monitoring production schedules, job status, and material availability
- Review and maintain data accuracy for work orders, item records, inventory transactions, and scheduling information
- Help track and communicate schedule changes, shortages, and production priorities
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, Quality, and Customer Service teams to gather and relay information
- Prepare and distribute planning reports, spreadsheets, and operational tracking documents
- Monitor open orders and assist with follow-up activities related to planning execution
- Assist with data cleanup, system audits, and process improvement initiatives
- Support planning meetings through documentation, reporting, and action item tracking
- Maintain organized electronic records and documentation
- Perform other administrative and operational support duties as assigned

Qualifications, Education & Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree or coursework in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of administrative, customer service, operations support, or manufacturing support experience preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required
- ERP system experience is preferred, but not required
- Strong computer and data entry skills required
- Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment
