Client Service Specialist
The best advisory team in the country is seeking an experienced Client Service Specialist to take ownership of the following responsibilities:
- Managing client communications
- Maintaining and updating databases
- Executing established processes from start to finish
- Coordinating schedules and appointments
- Supporting lead advisors in delivering an exceptional client experience

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting a financial advisory practice
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Experience with eMoney Advisor, Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a plus
- Ability to learn quickly and grow within the firm
- Desire to advance professionally, including pursuing additional certifications and licenses
