As an SDR at InvoiceCloud, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth engine. You’ll connect with prospective customers, generate new opportunities, and help position InvoiceCloud as the partner of choice in payments and digital transformation. This role is an ideal launchpad for a career in software sales, with a clear path to Account Executive and beyond.
What You’ll Do
- Research, identify, and engage prospective customers within assigned territories
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings for our sales team
- Partner closely with Account Executives to build pipeline and meet revenue goals
- Track activities and progress in Salesforce to ensure strong follow-through
- Represent InvoiceCloud’s values and culture in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 year of professional experience (sales, customer-facing, or service industry preferred — but we’re open to early-career talent who are hungry to learn!)
- Highly motivated, coachable, and resilient with a growth mindset
- Cold Calling & Outbound Prospecting Skills
- Excellent communication skills — confident on the phone, clear in writing
- Curiosity and problem-solving ability to understand customer pain points
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment
