We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to support daily operations and client onboarding. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who enjoys working with clients, managing systems, and keeping processes organized.
You will play a key role in delivering a smooth onboarding experience—from application submission through activation—while providing professional, responsive, and high-quality customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Use HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) daily
- Make outbound customer service and follow-up calls to clients
- Manage client applications and onboarding documentation
- Coordinate with technology vendors and partners during approvals and setup
- Oversee payment terminal downloading, configuration, and shipping
- Assist with client activations and go-live support
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up
- Deliver professional, friendly, and responsive customer service
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or office operations role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Comfortable making outbound client calls and follow-ups
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
