AIC (Accident Insurance Company) is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
  • Assist customers with billing and account activity
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Preform accounts receivable functions and posting payments
  • Complete daily tasks such as invoicing, notice of cancellations, cancellations, and reinstatements
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Utilize phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with customers
  • Analyze customer needs to recommend products or services that best fit their requirements

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish is a huge plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience
  • Knowledge of client services, customer support, and cash handling procedures
  • Familiarity with analyzing customer data to improve service quality is a plus
