We’re seeking a talented, full-time, bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our school-based services team in San Francisco, CA.

Professional License Requirements:

Applicants are required to have the following, legally mandated certifications. Applicants without these requirements will not be considered.

• Hold a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
• Have active state-level licensure as an LMFT
  
  

What to expect from this role:

Experience working in schools or with children is a plus but not required.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy
• Perform crisis evaluation and behavioral intervention
• Provide comprehensive behavioral health screenings and assessments of students as appropriate
• Apply psychological principles, methodology, and techniques designed to modify behavior
• Maintain appropriate records
• Work in coordination with school personnel and parents to develop appropriate programs for eligible students
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of an effective treatment plan based on the individuals Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
• Effectively communicate with teachers, administrators, and parents
• Ensure all services are performed in accordance with state laws and regulations
• Perform other LMFT duties/responsibilities required by the Program and within the scope of licensure and/or certification
