The ESE Compliance Lead ensures all special education processes are compliant, timely, and aligned with student needs within a therapeutic campus.

The ESE Compliance Lead ensures all special education processes are compliant, timely, and aligned with student needs within a therapeutic campus.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee IEP development, implementation, and compliance
- Ensure adherence to IDEA, FAPE, and state regulations
- Lead IEP meetings and manage eligibility processes
- Maintain audit-ready documentation systems
- Train staff on compliance procedures
- Align IEP goals with instruction and intervention plans
- Serve as liaison with district ESE departments
- Classroom coverage, as needed
- Ensure service delivery matches documented IEP requirements
- Monitor timelines and proactively address compliance risks
- Support staff in accurate and defensible documentation practices
- 12-month salaried, on-campus through summer and when building is open, follows administrator schedule
- ESE Certification required
- Experience with IEP compliance and audits
